From Alexandria
- Take Interstate I-49 South toward Lafayette for approximately 85 miles.
- Once in Lafayette, merge onto Interstate I-10 East toward Baton Rouge for approximately 52 miles.
- Cross over the Mississippi River Bridge to merge Left onto I-110 North via Exit 155B towards the Downtown Business District of Baton Rouge / Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport.
- Proceed approximately 6.2 miles North on I-110.
- Take Exit 6 toward Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport.
- Cross over Harding Boulevard (four lane highway) to Veterans Memorial Boulevard.

- Take Interstate I-12 West toward Hammond for approximately 56 miles.
- Once in Baton Rouge, merge onto US-61 North via Exit 2B.
- Take the I-110 North ramp toward Natchez.
- Take the LA-408 West exit toward Metro Airport/Scenic Highway/Southern University/US-61 N/Natchez.
- Merge onto Veterans Memorial Boulevard.
